- Workshop fee includes 5 grams of silver. If the product is over 5 grams, the difference will be calculated as an extra fee. (Extra silver fee: 125,000 VND/gram)
- Products such as pendants, charms, etc. will incur an extra fee
- Arriving more than 20 minutes late will be marked as no show, no refund
